• Competent understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and
• capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level
• Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design
• Candidates able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform
• Competent in capacity/PN planning
• Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination
