JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Interact with customers and Sales Engineers to gather required information for the requested device support.
• Develop the XML based device support file and test against a simulated version of the device.
• Work with Quality Assurance team on the validation process.
• Work with customer or Sales Engineer to ensure the live device matches up with the simulated experience.
