CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent with 1+ years experience or Bachelor's Degree entry level.
- Should have Basic analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of general principles, concepts, theories, and practices of the applicable discipline.
- Under limited supervision, designs and develops sub-systems.
- Provides product support, manufacturing support, and failure analysis for end items. Recommends appropriate designs, materials, and/or techniques to carry out a specified sequence of standard engineering tasks.
- Designs special tooling and fixtures for field and engineering use. Tests and qualifies new designs.
- Receives specifications and design constraints from Team Leader.
- Handles special projects, as assigned.
